Abdkrim suffered an injury on his hand. He retells the story of how he was treated in public hospitals and why he can no longer move his finger or hold anything in that hand. He believes that the main factor that lead to Morocco's health care system functioning the way it does is not because of the government, but rather how the public comports themselves. If everyone respected one another and their time, he believes things would run more smoothly.
